The breakfast was fine. Perfectly edible, but no frills. The staff were approachable and helpful. The hotel was situated in quite a good location, although we had a short stay so we used taxis quite. Lot. Most people seem to have an understanding of English.

Reception Staff were exceedingly accommodating and cordial...not to mention, PATIENT, with me, what with my "cognitive decline" (I continuously needed assistance with using my key card), but everyone in Reception just smiled or chatted amiably with me, so I wouldn't be embarrassed. Also, the extraordinary view from my 10th story window was breathtaking(!), and worthy of many photos. The whole facility (entire hotel) was so nicely appointed and impeccably well-kept, it gave me the impression that it was a brand new! Additionally, the bedding in my room (mattress and pillows) was the most delightfully comfortable of any bedding, in any lodging, on land or sea, upon which I have ever slept! Bravo! and Kudos! to this most marvelous of hotels and most congenial of Personnel!

The room was very clean and comfortable, there was everything needed in there. The breakfast was very good. We could leave our luggage in the luggage room before the check in time. The hotel is in a walking distance from the city center, stores, restaurants.

Great location and rooms, fresh new.

The breakfast was excellent, however it was so crowded and popular that the staff had to work hard to keep the buffet stocked.
