Reception Staff were exceedingly accommodating and cordial...not to mention, PATIENT, with me, what with my "cognitive decline" (I continuously needed assistance with using my key card), but everyone in Reception just smiled or chatted amiably with me, so I wouldn't be embarrassed. Also, the extraordinary view from my 10th story window was breathtaking(!), and worthy of many photos. The whole facility (entire hotel) was so nicely appointed and impeccably well-kept, it gave me the impression that it was a brand new! Additionally, the bedding in my room (mattress and pillows) was the most delightfully comfortable of any bedding, in any lodging, on land or sea, upon which I have ever slept! Bravo! and Kudos! to this most marvelous of hotels and most congenial of Personnel!

Room was clean and breakfast included in the rate. The location is good, close to the center and within a walkable distance to train station and cruise pier. Also the room had a decent view and was really silent. Breakfast was average, but there were a couple of waffles machine, my son loved them!

As the saying goes, all's fair in adversity. There was a problem with the system, and we did our best to “put out the fire” by politely explaining the situation, treating them to juice and alcohol, and still manually accommodating them. And this is worthy of respect
